HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to begin tracking.

-Domestic: 2 to 5 days for express shipping; 6 to 10 business days for standard shipping

-International: 3 to 21 business days depending on what shipping service you selected

-Holiday Shipping: delays in shipment tend to occur during this busy season; we appreciate your patience during this time

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We have a 15 day return/exchange policy from your delivery date. If you would like to return or exchange your order, simply email us at ananda.crystals.jewelry@gmail.com and we will assist you. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns/exchanges, however monetary refunds will not be issued. You may also exchange it for any item(s) on our website of equal value. Merchandise must be returned unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging.

CUSTOMER CLAIMS

• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Contact us via email or our contact form.
• We will not issue a store credit if more than 48 hours have gone since package delivery. Please adhere strictly to this condition so we can help you effectively. 
• No store credit will be given if the item is not in its original packaging.
• No store credit will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer. 
• No store credit for sale items. All sales are final. 
• No store credit for any allergic reaction caused by our jewelry. 
• No store credit for missing or stolen packages. The client is responsible for tracking and receiving the package. 
• No store credit for jewelry that is been used.

These are my interpretations of each crystal’s healing properties. Many variations of their properties exist, and I encourage you to do further research to learn about them more in depth.

Clear Quartz: Clear Quartz is a master cleanser and healer. It absorbs negative energies, stores energy, and releases a positive and balanced energy. Use this crystal to enhance harmony, mental clarity and spirituality.

Critine: Attracts prosperity, balances emotions, brings wealth, and clear mind. Elevates self-esteem and self-worth.

Fluorite: Fluorite encourages positivity and energy balance to help you grow and heal. Use this crystal to aid in reenergizing, so that you can overcome procrastination, disorganization and brain fog.

Labradorite (grey/rainbow): A protection stone for reducing negativity, and increasing intuition, imagination, creativity, and joy while allowing for spiritual growth.
