RETURNS POLICY AND PROCESS

  • Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
  • Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Ananda Crystals Jewelry & More gift card and processed within 5-9 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Earrings are exempt from being returned. Such exemption applies to all earrings purchased from our website. 
  • Additional non-returnable items are gift cards and sale items. 
    The client is responsible for return costs.

We will not process a store credit if:

  • The item is not damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The item is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Store Credits
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. 
  • If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, in the form of a Ananda Crystals Jewelry & More gift card.

 Shipping 

  • Once you email us, we will create a return label with your information. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returned packages sent to us that are not cleared by Ananda Crystals Jewelry & More will not be accepted. 

If an item arrives damaged, Ananda Crystals Jewelry & More must be notified via email at ananda.crystals.jewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours from the delivery time of your package.
